The Excel Help Community is an Office Add-in that enables users to:

  • Search for and connect with other Excel users
  • Create expert profiles and offer or request professional services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing:

  • Your email address
  • Your full name
  • Optional organization name

You must verify your email address using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Limitation of Liability
